Orders will be received until 12 pm Central Time, for same day shipment. Otherwise, shipments will be made at the most in 24 hours.

Bigalli presents dropshipping service. Policies for shipment are as follows:

• Orders will be processed until 12:00 pm Central Time
• Shipments will be made up to 24 hours following the orders’ process
• Client will be notified of shipment
• Third Party service will be applied under client’s requirement.

For orders over 10 boxes, it will take 24 hours to be shipped.

Orders starting with 15 cartons, will be shipped by way of LTL, if there are no specific instructions from the client. In this case, shipments will take 48 hours.

Time for shipment will depend upon availability of the product in stock. If the products are in stock, shipments will be made between 4 to 24 hours after receiving the order.

Products that are not in the inventory will be shipped between 30 and 45 days following the confirmation order.

Bigalli will use UPS as the carrier for its products. Nevertheless, these can be shipped in third party modality, by request and with the specific instructions from the client.

Packaging of the products will be according to Bigalli’s availability of the cartons for its clients, be it in boxes of 9 to 12 units or cartons for unitary packaging of its products.

Time for transit of the products from our warehouse to the location established by our client, will be according to his/her request and within UPS’s regulations or those from the hired Carrier. If it is an LTL shipment, time will vary from 5 to 8 days.

Bigalli will notify the client the shipment of the product, informing the client about its BOL.

Prices for the transport service hired will be charged to the client’s invoice, the same which had been be notified by the Carrier or transport service to Bigalli LLC.
