Shipping Policy for B2B Customers

At Bigalli Hats, we strive to provide efficient and flexible shipping options for our B2B customers. Please review the following policy regarding shipping arrangements:

1. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

• Orders are shipped in boxes containing 9–12 hats at a flat rate of $25 per box.

2. Customer-Provided Shipping Accounts

• Customers may provide their own shipping account details, and we will use their preferred carrier.

3. Shipping Carriers

• We primarily ship using FedEx or UPS, depending on quoted rates. Standard shipping is via Ground service.

4. Expedited Shipping

• For faster shipping services, customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

• Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided for your convenience.
