Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and deduct the cost of the return shipping from your store credit.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Lead Time and Delivery

Items that are not currently in stock have a standard delivery lead time of 45 days. This time frame allows us to manufacture, inspect, and deliver your order while maintaining Bigalli’s high-quality standards.

Please note that factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays, including but not limited to customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation issues, or force majeure events (acts of God). While we make every effort to deliver on time, such circumstances are not within our responsibility and may extend delivery beyond the standard 45-day window.

Refunds and Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at sales@bigallihats.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable or personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is processed and store credit issued, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
