Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement without penalty, provided the order has not been shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted, and the customer will be responsible for shipping and return fees.

2. Cancellation by Bigalli Hats

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including stock unavailability, payment issues, or errors in order details.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued if payment has been made.

3. Special Orders

Custom or special orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
